Step 1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Step 2: Mix drained sauerkraut, onion, sour cream, 1000 island dressing and caraway seeds. Spread in the bottom of a 9 x 13 inch baking dish that has been treated with non-stick cooking spray.
Step 3: Top with crumbled corned beef, spreading to edges. Then top with Swiss cheese.
Step 4: Drizzle melted butter over bread cubes and top the corned beef mixture.
Step 5: Place in center of preheated 350 degree F. oven and bake for 35-45 minutes, or until bread cubes are golden brown and toasty. Enjoy with a nice tossed salad.
