Step 1: Spray cooking spray in a large skillet, and brown kielbasa over medium-high heat. Remove kielbasa to a plate and keep warm.
Step 2: Saute the peppers and onion in the skillet until crisp/tender.
Step 3: While vegetables are sauteing, prepare the noodles. If making barley, rice, or mashed potatoes -- you'll need to do this step sooner because they take longer to prepare.
Step 4: In a bowl, combine the water and soup mix. Add soup mixture, hot pepper sauce, and kielbasa to the vegetables in the skillet.
Step 5: Reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes or until sauce thickens.
