Step 1: Mix peanut butter, corn syrup and brown sugar in pan.
Step 2: Stir over medium heat until smooth.
Step 3: Remove from heat.
Step 4: Add crispy rice cereal, nuts and butter, mix well.
Step 5: Lightly press into a 9x9-inch square buttered baking pan.
Step 6: Drizzle melted chocolate over top and refrigerate until set, about 1 hour.
Step 7: Slice into squares.
