Step 1: Sift together flour, white sugar, baking powder and salt.
Step 2: Add milk and melted butter; mix well and set aside.
Step 3: Pour the remaining ingredients in a large pan and bring to a boil over medium heat.
Step 4: Drop dough mixture by spoonfuls into the sauce.
Step 5: Cover and let simmer for 15 minutes without lifting cover.
Step 6: Serve warm.
