Step 1: Cook pasta in boiling salted water.
Step 2: Warm cheese, lemon juice and oil in large saucepan over low heat; stirring occasionally.
Step 3: Add fresh thyme and stir; set aside.
Step 4: Drain cooked pasta, reserving 1 cup (or more if needed )cooking water.
Step 5: Stir reserved cooking water into cream cheese mixture.
Step 6: Add pasta and lemon zest, toss to coat adding more cooking water if necessary.
Step 7: Season with salt and pepper if desired; top with a grating of Asiago or Parmesan.
