Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 can (10 ounce) condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon curry powder, can use more
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice (fresh-squeezed)
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced (or 1 teaspoon garlic powder)
  • 3 cups cooked cubed chicken (or turkey)
  • 2 large celery ribs, fine diced
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 1 medium fresh broccoli crown (cut into florets then lightly steamed, hand-squeeze out any excess moisture)
  • Seasoned salt and fresh ground black pepper, to taste
  • 1 sleeve saltine crackers, crushed mixed with 1/4 cup melted butter

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (position oven rack to lowest position). Grease an 11 x 7 -inch baking dish.

  • Step 2: In a large bowl whisk the condensed soup with next 5 ingredients until well combined. Mix in the next 4 ingredients. Season with salt and pepper. Transfer to baking pan -- at this point you may refrigerate until ready to bake.

  • Step 3: Sprinkle the cracker/butter mixture over top. Bake 30-35 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
