Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • Crust
  • 1 1/4 cup pretzels, crushed finely
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • Filling
  • 1 (14 ounce) can fat free sweetened condensed milke
  • 1/4 cup lime juice, fresh squeezed
  • 2 tablespoons tequila
  • 2 tablespoons triple sec or other orange flavored liquor
  • 10 ounces frozen unsweetened raspberries, partially thawed
  • 1 (8 ounce) container Cool Whip free

How to Make

  • Step 1: To make crust, combine crust ingrediants and press into 8 inch springform pan. I used a glass 8x8 dish and think an 11x7 would work just as well. Put crust in freezer as you prepare the filling.

  • Step 2: To make filling, beat condensed milk, lime juice and liqueurs until smooth. Add partially frozen raspberries and mix on low until blended. Using a spoon or spatula, fold in cool whip. Spread filling over chilled crust and freeze for at least 3-4 hours, or until firm. Before cutting, let stand at room temperature for a few minutes and garnish with fresh berries, if desired.
