Step 1: To make crust, combine crust ingrediants and press into 8 inch springform pan. I used a glass 8x8 dish and think an 11x7 would work just as well. Put crust in freezer as you prepare the filling.
Step 2: To make filling, beat condensed milk, lime juice and liqueurs until smooth. Add partially frozen raspberries and mix on low until blended. Using a spoon or spatula, fold in cool whip. Spread filling over chilled crust and freeze for at least 3-4 hours, or until firm. Before cutting, let stand at room temperature for a few minutes and garnish with fresh berries, if desired.
