The ingredients are:
  • 8 ounces dry spaghetti
  • 1/2 pound thick sliced bacon strips, chopped
  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes, sliced in half
  • 3 cups packed fresh baby spinach leaves
  • 2 garlic cloves, finely minced
  • Pinch spicy chili flakes
  • 1/4 cup balsamic viniagrette dressing, or more
  • Salt and pepper

How to Make

  • Step 1: Cook spaghetti according to package directions.

  • Step 2: Meanwhile, in a large skillet, cook bacon over medium heat until crisp. Remove to paper towels with a slotted spoon; drain, reserving 2-3 tablespoons drippings. Saute tomatoes in drippings until tender. Drain spaghetti; stir into skillet. Add the spinach, bacon, vinaigrette, salt and pepper; heat through. Sprinkle with cheese.

  • Step 3: Saute tomatoes, garlic and spicy chili flakes in bacon drippings until tender. Drain spaghetti; stir into skillet. Add the spinach, bacon and vinaigrette; heat through. Season with salt and pepper to your desired liking. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese cheese.
