Step 1: Drain pineapple, reserving juice.
Step 2: In a 1.5 quart casserole dish, combine pie filling, pineapple, 1 tablespoon reserved juice and the nutmeg.
Step 3: Microwave on high 4 to 6 minutes or until heated through
Step 4: Stir in remaining pineapple juice and vanilla.
Step 5: Divide vanilla ice cream into four serving dishes.
Step 6: Pour warm peach mixture over ice cream and sprinkle with chopped pecans.
