Step 1: Place cleaned corn on the cob in a sqeaky-clean large insulated picnic cooler. Pour boiling water over them. Close the lid and let set for 30 minutes. Drain the water from the plug. Leave lid closed. Will keep corn warm for about 2 hours. Easy, huh!
Step 2: You could also put a tightly sealed plastic tub of butter in with the corn when you pour the boiling water in. That way, the butter will be melted and ready to brush on the cooked corn.
