Step 1: In medium saucepan, bring water to a boil. Add salt and macaroni. Lower heat and simmer until macaroni is barely tender. Drain and return macaroni to pan.
Step 2: Over low heat. Add milk start with 1/4 cup, and Velveeta to macaroni. Heat until Velveeta is melted. Add additional milk if you want a thinner sauce. Serve.
Step 3: For variety add 1/4 cup chopped jalapeno peppers or tomatoes.
