Step 1: Preheat barbecue to medium heat. Measure out 1/4 cup of the bottled PC satay sauce sauce for basting chicken.
Step 2: Place chicken on greased grill and baste with some of the sauce. Close lid. Cook for 10 minutes, basting occasionally. Turn chicken and brush with remaining basting sauce. Close lid and cook for 5 minutes longer or until cooked through
Step 3: Meanwhile, pour remaining 1/2 cup satay sauce into small saucepan. Whisk in cream and lemon juice. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat, whisking constantly. Reduce heat to simmer; cook for 2 minutes. Serve chicken with sauce spooned over top.
