Step 1: In the bowl of a food processor or small food chopper, place mayonnaise, avocado, lemon juice, garlic and Parmesan. Blend until smooth. Stream in oil or milk to get desired consistency. Season with salt & pepper.
Step 2: Chill 2 hours before using the dressing.
