Step 1: In a large bowl, combine the sour cream, mayonnaise, 1/2 package Ranch mix, garlic, 1 3/4 pounds cooked crumbled bacon, tomatoes and 4 chopped green onions.
Step 2: Place leaf lettuce leaves into a large decorative bowl. Mound the dip on top of the leaves.
Step 3: Garnish with remaining cooked bacon and remaining green onions. Refrigerate until serving.Serve with crackers or chips.
