Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 2/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup peaches (1 small can, in natural juice), drained well
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon siracha (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon fresh thyme, minced
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

How to Make

  • Step 1: Puree the peaches in a small food processor until smooth. Add to a bowl with all the other ingredients and mix well. Adding the siracha is optional. ENJOY!

  • Step 2: It is fantastic as a dip with grilled/fried shrimp or chicken fingers; spread it on chicken breasts or fish and bake; they come out moist and tender. And then of course as a spread on sandwiches or burgers. It is also great in chicken salad, rather than just mayonnaise; add some dried cranberries and chopped nuts for a nice twist on chicken salad. And, if you like a little spice ... add a teaspoon of siracha.
