  • 15 ounces black beans, canned, drained
  • 8 ounces mushrooms, sliced, canned, drained
  • 15 ounces corn, canned, drained
  • 15 ounces pinto beans, canned, drained
  • 14 1/2 ounces diced tomatoes, fire-roasted
  • 15 ounces tomato sauce
  • 1/2 cup hot sauce (garlic hot pepper sauce I use Cajun power brand)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder

How to Make

  • Step 1: Brown ground beef and onions in a large, deep skillet over medium heat; drain and return to pan.
