  • 2 (2.9 ounce) packages of vanilla tapioca pudding
  • 1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple
  • 1 cup mandarin oranges with juice
  • 1 (2 ounce) box Jell-o, orange flavor
  • 1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping.

How to Make

  • Step 1: Drain juices from fruits into a measuring cup and add enough water to make3 cups liquid and pour into a saucepan.

  • Step 2: Bring to boil then add pudding and return to rolling boil.

  • Step 3: Remove from heat and add orange jell-o. Mix well.

  • Step 4: Let cool till cold then stir in whipped topping.

  • Step 5: Refrigerate till completely cold, covered. Serve as you like.
