Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 3 cups fresh diced rhubarb
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 package (3 ounce) strawberry jell-0 (or raspberry jell-o)
  • 1 package (2.9 ounce) instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 1/2 cups milk (cold milk)
  • 1 container (8 ounce) frozen whipped topping

How to Make

  • Step 1: Mix sugar and Rhubarb together in a cooking pan and set aside for 1 hour.

  • Step 2: Cook rhubarb mix on low heat until tender. Stir so it don't burn.

  • Step 3: Remove from heat. Add jell-o and stir until syrupy. Cool.

  • Step 4: In a separate bowl, mix pudding and milk until thick.

  • Step 5: Add whipped topping to pudding and then add rhubarb mixture and cool.

  • Step 6: Eat as fluff or serve over angel food cake or short cake. May serve with additional whipped topping.
