Step 1: Heat peanut oil and sesame oil in wok or frying pan, coating bottom.
Step 2: Add garlic, ginger, red pepper flakes and stir to coat.
Step 3: Add cabbage and onions and cook for 4 minutes over medium heat, stirring constantly.
Step 4: Add sweet peppers, cover and cook for 5 minutes over medium heat.
Step 5: Stir in the hoisin sauce and optional candied ginger and cook for another 4+ minutes to desired doneness.
Step 6: Sprinkle top with sesame seeds before serving
