Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 8 ounces fresh pizza dough
  • 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 lemon, juice of
  • 2 packets of sweetner, or 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 4 ounces blueberries, smaller the better

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven and pizza stone (if using) to 450 degrees F. Shape room temperature dough into 8 - 9 inch disk and place on pizza pan or pizza peel. Allow dough to rest for 15 minutes, then bake for 8 to 10 minutes.

  • Step 2: Meanwhile, mix together the cream cheese, sweetener/sugar and lemon juice until smooth.

  • Step 3: Remove pizza from oven and allow to cool for 10 minutes before spreading the crust with the cream cheese mixture.

  • Step 4: Press bluberries into the top and refrigerator for 1 hour before serving.
