Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1/4 cup white wine vinegar
  • 1/2 packet artificial sweetener
  • 2 teaspoons low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
  • Pinch salt
  • Pinch pepper
  • 1 cup lettuce, shredded
  • 5 ounces cooked chicken, cut into bite sized pieces
  • 1/2 medium carrot, shredded
  • 1/2 cup canned mandarin oranges, drained
  • 5 green onions with tops, sliced (I only use 2)
  • 1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds

How to Make

  • Step 1: Shake the first 6 ingredients together in a covered jar.

  • Step 2: Toss together the lettuce, chicken, carrot, green onions and the ginger dressing.

  • Step 3: Place mixture on plate and top with oranges; sprinkle with sesame seeds.
