Step 1: Freeze banana pieces for at least 2 hours or until frozen solid.
Step 2: Place frozen banana pieces in food processor and pulse until it resembles "gravel".
Step 3: Once the "gravel" stage is reached, blend until smooth. Scrape the processor bowl as needed.
Step 4: Once the bananas look like soft-serve ice cream, add in cocoa powder and peanut butter.
Step 5: Blend until smooth.
Step 6: Serve immediately or spoon into a freezer-safe dish with a lid and store in the freezer.
Step 7: (If the banana mixture has a hard time getting going in the processor, you can loosen it up a bit with a small amount of almond or soy milk.)
