  • 1/3 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar (plus 1 tablespoon sugar)
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons poppy seeds
  • 1 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1/2 cup oil (vegetable oil or you can use olive oil)
  • Pinch black pepper
  • SALAD
  • 1 head Romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1 cup sliced strawberries
  • 4 ounces brie cheese (rind removed and cubed)
  • 1/2 cup sliced almonds
  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts (grill-cooked then sliced after cooking)
