  • 12 ounces dry pasta, penne, rigatoni, ziti or rotini
  • 6 tablespoons butter
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 3/4 cup Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper

How to Make

  • Step 1: Cook pasta until al dente (firm to the bite). Drain and set aside.

  • Step 2: Meanwhile, melt butter in medium saucepan until it starts to bubble and foam. Add garlic saute 1 minute. Pour in cream and bring to a boil. Add the cooked pasta, stirring to coat well; then stir in the Parmesan cheese until well combined.

  • Step 3: Season with salt and pepper, as desired and serve.
