The ingredients are:
  • 10 cups baby spinach leaves
  • 3 cups cooked chicken
  • 1 (284 ml) mandarin oranges, drained
  • 1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
  • 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
  • 3 strips bacon, cooked and diced (or real bacon bits)
  • Balsamic vinaigrette salad dressing, as much as you want to use
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1/3 cup chopped pecans
