Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 3 cups broccoli florets, 1 broccoli head
  • 3 cups cooked cubed chicken
  • 2 (10 3/4 ounce) cans condesned cream of chicken soup, undiluted
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt & pepper
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon curry powder
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1 to 2 teaspoons paprika
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • Cooked rice or noodles

How to Make

  • Step 1: Cook broccoli in boiling water for about 3 minutes; drain very well

  • Step 2: In greased 7x11 baking dish, spread broccoli across bottom then sprinkle chicken evenly on top.

  • Step 3: In mixing bowl, combine cream soups, salt, pepper, mayonnaise, curry powder, and chicken broth, whisking until smooth. Pour over chicken. Sprinkle paprika on top.

  • Step 4: Bake uncovered at 375 degrees for 20-30 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Spread cheese on top and bake 5-10 minutes longer, until melted and slightly browned.

  • Step 5: Serve the chicken and broccoli mixture over cooked rice or noodles.
