Step 1: Rinse the cooked pasta under cold water then drain well and transfer to a large bowl. Add in cubed chicken and next 5 ingredients; toss to combine. In a small bowl combine the ranch dressing with mayonnaise; pour over the salad and toss to coat.
Step 2: Refrigerate for 2 or more hours before serving. Just before serving mix in salted cashews then season with salt and pepper to taste.
