Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 envelope unflavored gelatin
  • 1/4 cup cold water
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/3 cup lemon juice
  • 1 1/2 cups low-fat lemon yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon grated lemon peel
  • 1 (8 ounces) container frozen whipped topping, thawed (I use Cool Whip for this)
  • Lemon slices, optional

How to Make

  • Step 1: Take out 6-8 dessert cups. In a microwave-safe bowl, sprinkle gelatin over cold water; let stand for 1 minute. Microwave, uncovered, on high for 20 seconds. Stir in sugar and lemon juice mixing until granules dissolve. Add yogurt and lemon peel; mix well.

  • Step 2: Fold in whipped topping intil totally mixed through.

  • Step 3: Spoon into dessert cups and refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight.
