Step 1: Take out 6-8 dessert cups. In a microwave-safe bowl, sprinkle gelatin over cold water; let stand for 1 minute. Microwave, uncovered, on high for 20 seconds. Stir in sugar and lemon juice mixing until granules dissolve. Add yogurt and lemon peel; mix well.
Step 2: Fold in whipped topping intil totally mixed through.
Step 3: Spoon into dessert cups and refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight.
