Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 2 cups plain Greek yogurt (whole is best but 2% or non-fat can be used as long as it is thick)
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 2/3 cup to 1 cup sugar, depending on how sweet you like it

How to Make

  • Step 1: In a blender, combine Greek yogurt, milk and 2/3 cup of sugar. Puree until smooth. Taste, and blend in more sugar if desired.

  • Step 2: Pour mixture into your ice cream maker.

  • Step 3: Freeze yogurt mixture according to the ice cream maker's directions. If adding in chocolate chips, about 5 minutes before frozen yogurt is finished churning add in mini chocolate chips. Serve frozen yogurt immediately, or transfer to a freezer-safe container and store, tightly-covered.
