Step 1: Grease or line muffin tins and preheat oven to 400*.
Step 2: Blend dry ingredients in a large bowl.
Step 3: Whisk oil, yogurt and milk in a separate bowl.
Step 4: Stir liquid ingredients into the dry, until just blended.
Step 5: Fill muffin cups 2/3 full and bake 18 to 20 minutes.
