Step 1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Mix everything in mixer, except reserved pineapple juice, for 2 minutes. Bake in 9 x 13 greased and floured pan in preheated oven for 30-45 minutes, testing after 30 minutes with toothpick in center till it comes out clean. Check every 3 minutes if it's still "wet", till it comes out dry.
Step 2: While cake is still warm, poke holes in cake with a fork every inch or so. Pour reserved juice over entire cake so it absorbs. Let cool completely
Step 3: For topping, mix glaze and strawberries together and chill if desired while cake is cooling. Then spread Cool Whip over entire cake. Then carefully spoon strawberry glaze mixture over top of Cool Whip. Eat and enjoy! Be sure to refrigerate any leftover cake.
