  • 1 teaspoon coconut extract
  • 1 carton (8 ounce) frozen whipped topping, thawed (i used Cool Whip)
  • 1/2 cup flaked coconut
  • 1 graham cracker crust (9 inches)
  • Toasted coconut, I used 1/3 cup

How to Make

  • Step 1: In a large bowl, beat the dry pudding mixes, milk and coconut extract on low speed until combined. Beat on high for 2 minutes. Fold in whipped topping and coconut.
