  • 3 to 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salad:
  • 1 (19 ounce) can black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1/2 red pepper, diced
  • 1/2 cup chopped red onion
  • 1 avocado, cubed
  • Salt and pepper
