The ingredients are:
  • 8 ounces black kalamata olives or other black olives
  • 4 large garlic cloves, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 lemon, very thinly sliced
  • 1/8 cup virgin olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon fennel seeds
  • 1/4 teaspoon chili flakes

How to Make

  • Step 1: Spread the olives out in an 8inch baking pan

  • Step 2: Distribute the garlic and lemon slices among the olives

  • Step 3: Drizzle with Olive oil, sprinkle on the fennel seeds and chili flakes

  • Step 4: Bake in 350f oven for 45 minutes stirring them at least 4 times
