  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter, divided and room temperature
  • 4 teaspoons soft butter
  • 1/2 cup confectioners sugar, sifted
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
  • 4 (1.55 ounce) milk chocolate candy bars, coarsely chopped (such as Hershey's Milk Chocolate Bars)

How to Make

  • Step 1: In a small bowl combine 1/2 cup peanut butter with soft butter, confectioners sugar and salt; mix until smooth; set aside.

  • Step 2: In a microwave-safe bowl melt the semi-sweet chocolate chips, chocolate bars and the remaining 1/2 cup peanut butter; stirring once or twice to stir until smooth.

  • Step 3: Drop teaspoonfuls of the chocolate mixture into a paper-lined miniature muffin tins.

  • Step 4: Top each with a scant teaspoonful of the peanut butter mixture; top with another teaspoonful of chocolate mixture.

  • Step 5: Refrigerate until firm.
