  • Step 1: What ever ingredients and instructions you use for your corn bread/muffin recipe, when it calls for the eggs, separate the eggs. Add the egg YOLK when it calls for the eggs. Whip the egg WHITES separately till they form stiff peaks and fold in after everything else is mixed. Bake as directed.
