Step 1: Beat cream cheese, sour cream and mayonnaise until smooth. Spread on a 12-14" pizza pan or other suitable dish. Refrigerate for one hour.
Step 2: Brown beef over medium heat; drain. Add taco sauce and tomato sauce; cook for 5 minutes. Add the small can of diced green chilies. COOL COMPLETELY.
Step 3: Spread over cream cheese layer and refrigerate.
Step 4: Just prior to serving, top with lettuce, tomatoes, onions, olives and cheese. Serve with chips
