Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 8 ounces sour cream
  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • 1 envelope taco seasoning mix
  • 8 ounces tomato sauce
  • 1 (4 ounce) can diced green chilies
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 cups shredded lettuce
  • 2 medium tomatoes, diced
  • 1 (4 ounce) can sliced ripe olives
  • 1 cups chopped green onions
  • 1/2 cup barbecue sauce or taco sauce
  • Tortilla chips or Corn chips

How to Make

  • Step 1: Beat cream cheese, sour cream and mayonnaise until smooth. Spread on a 12-14" pizza pan or other suitable dish. Refrigerate for one hour.

  • Step 2: Brown beef over medium heat; drain. Add taco sauce and tomato sauce; cook for 5 minutes. Add the small can of diced green chilies. COOL COMPLETELY.

  • Step 3: Spread over cream cheese layer and refrigerate.

  • Step 4: Just prior to serving, top with lettuce, tomatoes, onions, olives and cheese. Serve with chips
