  • 8 ounces imitation crab meat, thawed, squeezed dry and rough chopped
  • 6 ounces reduced fat cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup onion, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon pepper seasoning
  • 4 teaspoons dried parsley
  • 3 teaspoons dried dill
  • 1 pound frozen pollock fillets, thawed and pressed between paper towels
