  • SPICE PASTE
  • 4 green onions, whipe part only
  • 1/2 Habanera or Scotch Bonnet pepper, seeded
  • 1/4 cup canola (or vegetable oil)
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 1 tablespoons garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 2 teaspoons ground allspice
  • 1 teaspoon white sugar
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon fresh ground pepper

How to Make

  • Step 1: Combine spice paste ingredients in a blender and process until smooth.

  • Step 2: Put wings on a parchment covered baking sheet and brush with spice paste. Cover and refrigerate for 24 hours.

  • Step 4: Remove from heat and serve.
