  • 2 cups fresh pineapple (diced)
  • 1/2 cup fresh mango (small diced)
  • 1/2 cup sherry
  • 1/2 cup vegetable stock
  • 1/2 serrano chili
  • Sugar (to taste)
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Peel and dice plantain.
