Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 pound ground beef or ground pork
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1 (16 ounce) can refried beans
  • 1 cup taco sauce
  • 1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • Salt & pepper
  • 1 (4 ounce) can green chilies, drained
  • 2 large Boboli pizza crusts
  • 4 cups shredded Cojack cheese

How to Make

  • Step 1: In skillet, cook ground beef with onion and garlic in oil until the beef is browned, stirring to break up with fork. Drain if necessary. Add refried beans, taco sauce, tomato sauce, chili powder and cumin; Stir well, and simmer for 5 minutes. Add salt & pepper. Stir in drained green chilies.

  • Step 2: Spread sauce evenly over both pizza crusts. Top each pizza with 2 cups shredded cheese. Bake at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes until cheese is melted, bubbly, and begins to brown, reversing pans and racks once during cooking time.
