The ingredients are:
  • 1 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 ( 3 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese, divided
  • 10 ounces shredded cheese (any kind you like)
  • 1 (4 ounce) can chopped green chilies
  • 1 garlic clove, finely chopped
  • Hot sauce (add in just as much as you like)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Spray a 10-inch pie plate with cooking spray. Beat cream cheese with sour cream and 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese till light and fluffy. Stir in all other ingredients until blended. Spread into pie plate. Sprinkle 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese over the top.

  • Step 2: Bake 350 degrees (preheated oven) about 25 minutes or until top is golden brown.
