Step 1: Scoop out the seeds from the tomato halves leaving a 1/2 inch shell,if necessary cut a very thin slice off the bottom so the tomato will stand up straight -
Step 2: Combine the feta cheese and chopped artichoke and place 2 tablespoons in each cavity - broil 3-4 inches from heat source for 3 minutes
Step 3: Sprinkle on the bread crumbs mixed with butter, broil for a further 1-2 minutes or until browned
