The ingredients are:
  • 3 medium tomatoes, cut across in half
  • 1 jar (7 1/2 ounces), marinated artochoke hearts, drained, chopped
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/3 cup panko crumbs
  • 2 tablespoon butter, melted

How to Make

  • Step 1: Scoop out the seeds from the tomato halves leaving a 1/2 inch shell,if necessary cut a very thin slice off the bottom so the tomato will stand up straight -

  • Step 2: Combine the feta cheese and chopped artichoke and place 2 tablespoons in each cavity - broil 3-4 inches from heat source for 3 minutes

  • Step 3: Sprinkle on the bread crumbs mixed with butter, broil for a further 1-2 minutes or until browned
