Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 pound lean ground turkey
  • 3 large garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1/2 cup dry breadcrumbs

How to Make

  • Step 1: Mix all the ingredients together and form into 30 meatballs

  • Step 2: Spray a non stick skillet lightly with oil

  • Step 3: Cook the meatballs over medium heat, turning them often to evenly brown then on all sides. Cooking time about 6-8 minutes or until the are no longer pink inside
