Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into thin strips
  • 2 cups frozen broccoli florets
  • 1 (4 ounce) jar sliced mushrooms, drained
  • 1 3/4 cups water
  • 1 to 1 1/2 tablespoons sodium-reduced soy sauce
  • 2 (3 ounce) packages chicken flavor ramen soup mix
We recommend you get your ingredients ready before you start cooking. Once you're ready, here are the steps to making this delicious recipe

How to Make

  • Step 1: Heat oil in a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken strips; Stir fry until chicken is no longer pink in center (this won't take long, try not to overcook the chicken).

  • Step 2: Add broccoli, mushrooms, water, soy sauce and the 2 flavoring packets from ramen noodles; stir to mix well and bring to a boil. Break noodles in half and add to chicken and vegetables. Stir and bring to a boil again.

  • Step 3: Reduce heat to low. Cover skillet and simmer 7 to 10 minutes or until broccoli is tender and chicken is thoroughly cooked, stirring frequently.
