Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce, low sodium
  • 1 teaspoon Mrs. Dash seasoning (original)
  • 1 tablespoon dill weed, dried
  • 16 ounces salmon (4 fillets, 4 ounce each, skinned, or any firm fish fillet)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Whisk first 6 ingredients together well in a bowl, until honey is well incorporated into marinade. Place salmon (or any firm fish you like) in deep dish and pour all but 1/2 cup of marinade over it. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for no more than 30 minutes.

  • Step 2: Preheat oven to 375 F. degrees. Place salmon or fish in baking dish that has been sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. Cover with foil and bake 20 minutes. In the meantime, pour reserved 1/2 cup marinade in small saucepan and simmer on medium heat till reduced by half.It is OK to use marinade as long as it is boiled for at least 5 minutes. Pour over plated salmon or fish.
