Step 1: Place bread in a greased medium microwave-safe dish.
Step 2: In a 4-cup microwave-safe cup heat milk and butter on high power 3 minutes. Stir small amount of hot milk into beaten eggs. Return eggs to milk. Add sugar, salt, cinnamon, vanilla; mix until sugar is completely dissolved. Add in the raisins. Pour mixture over bread pieces.
Step 3: Cook on high 7 minutes. Cook 2 minutes longer if center is not firm.
Step 4: Drizzle with caramel sauce.
