  • 2.(5-3 pounds) country-style boneless pork ribs
  • 2 medium onions, sliced
  • 1 (16 ounce) bottle rootbeer
  • 1.(5-2 cups) BBQ sauce (like Baby Rays)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 375. Meanwhile brown pork ribs in skillet over medium-high heat

  • Step 2: Place ribs in oven proof pan with lid and cover with sliced onions. Pour rootbeer over ribs/onions and cover baking pan or use foil to cover. Bake for 1.5 hours.

  • Step 3: Drain rootbeer (leave onions in the pan, they taste really yummy too! Cover pork with BBQ sauce and return to oven, uncovered this time, for 35-40 minutes until pork is well cooked.
