Step 1: Microwave chocolate in large microwaveable bowl on medium for 2 to 3 minutes or until almost melted; stir until completely melted.
Step 2: Stir in noodles and peanuts, if using.
Step 3: Drop by heaping tablespoonfuls of noodle mixture onto parchment or waxed paper lined baking sheets.
Step 4: Indent centres slightly to resemble nests and fill with Mini Eggs.
Step 5: Refrigerate for 2 hours or until firm.
