Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 6 fresh tomatoes, seeded and diced
  • 1/2 to 1 sweet onion, diced
  • 1 green pepper, diced
  • 1 red bell pepper, diced
  • 1 orange bell pepper, diced
  • 1 to 2 jalapenos, seeded and minced
  • 2 avocados, cut into small cubes
  • 4 to 6 cloves garlic, minced (I love garlic so I always add in 6 cloves))
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • Juice from 2 limes
  • 2 teaspoons ground cumin
  • Salt and ground black pepper, to taste

How to Make

  • Step 1: Remove the seeds and juicy parts of the tomato for better consistency.

  • Step 2: Mix all the ingredients in a big bowl adding in avocados last and immediately cover with lime juice so they don't brown. Cover and refrigerate 6-24 hours before using.
